Passing Phases

'Passing Phases' seeks to express my thoughts and experiences at various changing stages of my life. Little wonder the poems, twenty-one (21) in number, capture diverse themes—love, joy, sorrow, trials, faith, perseverance, expectations, culture etc. They are a selection from poems I have written over the years and I have written quite a lot. I have tried to arrange the poems in a manner that will enable you experience a gradual thought progression, from Raindrops in My Heart, to Dance, to The Tale Has Just Begun, to the last poem, The Poet. Besides, there is a positive spirit that runs through all the poems in this book. So I hope that through it, you’ll find hope and strength in your time of weakness, comfort when you are sad, faith in time of adversity and a laugh for your every tear. I have enjoyed writing this book. I am honoured to have the opportunity of sharing it with you. This is my first and hopefully, there’ll be more in the future. Have a blissful reading!
