We have for review the decision of the Fifth District Court of Appeal in General Dynamics Corp. v. Paulucci, 797 So. 2d 18 (Fla. 5th DCA 2001), which certified a question of great public importance and also certified conflict with the decision of the Third District Court of Appeal in Buckley Towers Condominium, Inc. v.
