Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and love is in the air in the quaint town of Cottageville. Dog groomer Sarah Carter, owner of Carter's Canine Coiffure, is feeling the pressure of overseeing the first annual Valentine's Day Pet Parade with her trusty Australian red heeler cattle dog, Whiskey, by her side.
