Publisher Description
In the first half of this poetry book, the general poems and monologues are an eclectic collection. Some are funny and some tragic. Some celebrate life whilst others remember past lives. Some celebrate current love whilst others mourn lost love. Poems have a unique ability to reflect our past and present lives, and my hope is that there will be poems in this section that will appeal to every reader. Some may make you chuckle, some may make you weep, and some may make you think.
The second half of the book includes monologues based upon Old Testament Bible characters, but they are tongue-in-cheek rather than scripturally accurate.
I know they have given great joy in the past when recited at informal religious gatherings, and my hope is that they will continue to give as much joy to those who read or hear them as they have me as I wrote and performed them.
