People State New York v. Jonathan Nathan

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Stolarik, J.), rendered November 27, 1981, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (three counts), robbery in the second degree, assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and criminal use of a firearm (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed.
