A jury found Robert Bradley guilty of robbing a cab driver (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 211a; count 1)*fn1 in which he personally used a pistol (§§ 12022.5, 1203.06, subd. (a)(1)(iii)) and kidnaping for purposes of robbery (§ 209, subd. (b); count 2). Bradley admitted a prior felony conviction and, pursuant to stipulation, the court found him guilty of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm (§ 12021; count 3).
