People V. Hill

PETERS, J. Defendant was adjudged guilty of second degree burglary after a trial by jury. He was also found to have been previously convicted, in 1958, of two felonies - burglary and assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury - and was found to have served a term in the state prison for each. Defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction.
