People v. Lee

Defendant was convicted, following a jury trial, of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. He was sentenced to twenty-five
to forty years' imprisonment, and appeals as of right. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, the propriety of allowing
other witnesses to testify about the victim's identification, the jury instructions, a photographic lineup, and his sentence.
We affirm.
