    Good information

    Well, this book has good information + a few recipes. It’s filled with a bunch of photos that don’t seem to necessary and take up valuable page space for more recipes and information.

    I’m happy but a little disappointed that there isn’t more. Not a terrible buy but I don’t know how I really feel about this...

    Lots of Pictures of herself, why?

    I cannot believe that Teresa included not 1 or 2 BUT tons of pictures of herself. I bought this book to follow a healthy diet and all I saw was pictures of her! She basically modeled on this book. Lots of empty pages with nonsense pictures! She just filled the pages with pictures of herself and at the end included few recipes! Really? I felt cheated, wasted my money!
