Joel has always wondered what it would feel like to be a woman.

Amanda has absolutely no interest in finding out what it feels like to be a man.

But when Joel discovers a secretive clinic capable of transferring two people into each other's bodies, curiosity eventually wins. Amanda agrees to one simple experiment: seven days. They'll switch bodies, follow a strict set of rules, satisfy their curiosity, and then return to their normal lives.

That was the plan.

Once Joel wakes in Amanda's body, everything feels different—the clothes against his skin, the unfamiliar curves, the overwhelming sensitivity, and especially what happens when Amanda takes control of the body he left behind.

Their carefully written rules begin to bend as curiosity becomes desire. Then their friend Jamal discovers their secret, adding another temptation neither of them expected.

And when seven days come and go, Joel and Amanda are forced to confront a much harder question:
