Amazing transformation from 1942 publication
Permanent Revolution is a must read history and political science book. The similarities of the 1930’s leaders Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin that created the anti democratic system. Professor Sigmund Neumann my grandfather hand typed the book. No computer no video just correspondence of letters and the wonderful New York Times that created his review in 1942.
Going forward to 2016-2025 has been remarkable in the damages to our American Democracy and the growth of authoritarianism in the world. What really happened to our democracy? Permanent Revolution has clues on when it happened and why? I hope you enjoyed reading the book
