Publisher Description

Every nation in the world has its own folklore heritage — legends, myths, fairy-tales. In such stories the wisdom of every nation is collected and embodied, although some of the nations have similar tales, especially those who are neighbours. Tales are stories that are supposed to teach the coming generations by depicting various situations and various types of behaviour demonstrated by the heroes.

Peter Klauss is a German folk tale. The story follows a German goatherd from a fictional village named Sittendorf. One day, some of his flock escaped him somehow, so he went into the woods to find them. While searching in the forest, Peter finds a playground where others were having fun. Peter was offered to taste some wine. One sip – that was just enough to knock the goatherd out. For entire twenty years.
