Peter Ward - No Goal, No Glory

Peter Ward was one of the best goalscorers in the English and North American soccer leagues during the late 1970s,‘80s and ‘90s. Peter Ward: No Goal, No Glory relives Ward’s long and colorful career in the United States, starting with the Seattle Sounders in 1982 – when Ward was voted MVP of the North American Soccer League. 
Ward enjoyed personal success with both the Sounders and the Vancouver Whitecaps in the NASL, but the league itself was in terminal freefall.
Like many of his colleagues, Ward found a new home for his soccer talents in the professional indoor leagues, and thrilled the crowds with his goals for the Cleveland Force, Tacoma Stars, Wichita Wings and Baltimore Blast. 
For two years Ward balanced his indoor commitments with playing for the Tampa Bay Rowdies in the American Soccer League and in 1996, at the age of 41, he made a brief comeback for the Tampa Bay Terror in the National Professional Soccer League.
