Phantom Cats and Box Kites

Olivia and her brother Aiden are happy to camp with their mom and dad halfway through summer vacation, but cousins Ginger and Jake have to wait until the end of August to see their parents. As they explore the upper Northern Neck of Virginia, the kids encounter ghostly cats and fly kites with one of Aiden's heroes. After a misunderstanding with Ginger, Olivia's anger nearly leads to loss of their time travel privileges.
