The World of Shadows becomes a place for hell to expand its dominance which alarms the Angels of Light making them intervene in Aedan's and Auria's affairs. With the help of a few human angels and the immortal Maeve, Amy and Amitiel adventure into the rescue of the souls unfairly used for dominance over the grounds of Alba as well as other territories destined to stillness and a meaningless grey existence.
