Customer Reviews
Helpful but nothing new
I bought this in hopes of awesome P3 tips & recipes, but was disappointed to find nothing new in comparison to the previous HCG 800 Protocol book. I bought the hard copy of the other book & am highly disappointed I spent $12.95 on basically a briefer reprint.
Not worth it
Definitely not worth the price. If it was $4.99... Maybe. The book doesn't tell you much... and it is short; a very quick read in a matter if hours. It lays out a half-way decent plan, but nothing you can't find on your own online and on a forum. I would have liked to see perhaps a sample menu for the first week - or at the very least the first few days! I agonized what to eat on p3/day 1, and it's too bad that was not there. The recipes are nice though. Bottom line: great start/foundation, but no real substance.
Not Worth The Money
The book has several blank pages throughout its 89 pages. Parts of the recipes are missing. The book does not provide a lot of details on how to plan and manage on Phase 3. Glad I am not there yet so I have some time to look at other options.
