Photo - Psyche Street

The italian photographer Rodolfo Bersaglia launched in New York the vanguard “Psyche Street”. It was the beginning of a new way to conceive Photography Art based on observation and study of psychology of the characters as they appear in front of artist camera. Referring to the masters of people photographers, from Bresson to Doisneau, from Elkort to Mcdonough, from Klein to Dorothea Maier, the author advances trying to capture more deeply the existential feelings of his human subjects moving in one of the most evocative places in the world.

What the author wants to affirm is the wide distance between “reportage” and “street photo poetry”.
