Pinchers

Pinchers is a hermit crab. He was just a tiny hermit crab in his first shell. The shell is smooth and white on the outside, and Pinchers's small soft stomach fit into the small spiral snail shell perfectly. Every day, Pinchers crawled out of the ocean and played in the sand. He liked to see the little holes his feet made. He liked to dig a big hole with his left pincher and watch the tiny grains of sand fall back into the hole. They sparkled like jewels in the warm sunshine.
