😳 Wow
This was an in-depth book about abduction and child abuse to the 10th power, and it scared the crap out of me what sickness is out there.
After reading this sad story, it was amazing to see the determination of a boy who grew into a man who entered a profession because of what happened to his best friend. Many years of searching, he finally finds answers.
Warning: if you can’t handle rape, child abduction, and psycho tendencies…this book may be too graphic for you.
Holy surprise ending, Batman!
When I say I did NOT know what was coming… This insanely captivating thrill ride of a book was equal parts horrifying, heartbroken, and powerful. The way Doe’s strength and Niko’s anguish shine through each page was amazing. While this is a very dark book with definite trigger warnings, I thought is was beautifully written and showcased perseverance above everything else. I had so many theories running through my head while reading this, and none of them could have prepared me for the ending. Masterful storytelling! **CHECK TRIGGER WARNINGS - graphic descriptions of violence and sexual assault** *I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I just finished this book and I have no words I’m speechless!! This is a definitely must read if you don’t have a week stomach I’ve read several books in this category but there was some parts that had my stomach Turning 🤢 but there was no way I was stoping I had to know what happened. I was hooked and I wasn’t disappointed hands down to the Author written exceptionally well with a few typos not a lot tho I will definitely be reading more from this author!!! Just read this book
