Plague Scars

In the aftermath of a genetically-engineered Plague that killed 99 out of 100 people world-wide, civilization is broken. Survivors are scattered thinly, and nothing remains of modern conveniences such as running water and electricity.
Three damaged women try to find healing along with other survivors, traveling different roads to the same small town in Kansas. Linda was one of the rare people who caught the Plague and lived, though she’s horribly scarred and quivering on the edge of insanity. Romy only wants to find a place she can feel safe again, somewhere with no other people. Jaz is confident of her ability to survive alone, but soon finds other people who depend on her.
Together with other survivors, they set out to pioneer a new frontier in a broken America.
