Plastic

Did you know that every single minute of the day, a truck load of plastic is dumped in our oceans? Did you know that by the time you are an adult there will be more plastic in our oceans than fish? Did you know that sea animals can't tell the difference between food and plastic? Even if you didn't know all those facts about plastic that's OK, but here are some more questions. Do you care about your oceans, and rivers, and seas? Do you want to help the creatures that live there? Do you want them to live on our planet forever and ever? Do you think that plastic is a bad thing to have in the ocean? If you say yes to all those questions, then you will love reading about what happens to the animals when they eat plastic, and what you might be able to do to save them. Every one of us has a role to play to make sure all our sea animals are safe and happy and that their homes are clean and healthy. You can play this role too.
