An interesting and quick read, mainly involving the basics of archery for the purpose of competitive shooting. Clear articulation of the equipment and process of beginning and improving archery skills, as well as the types, terminology, and rules for various archery competitions and games. Several grammatical and spelling issues lead one to believe that the author either did not have a proofreader or, more likely, English was a second language, or perhaps the book was translated from another language with all the pitfalls included in that process. Still, an enjoyable read, easy to follow, and an interesting compilation of information valuable to the novice practitioner of the sport of archery.
