This book sets out the 30 year police career and achievements of John Dwyer who served in Nottinghamshire, West Midlands and Cheshire and retired as Assistant Chief Constable.

It then goes on to to set out his political achievements in his two terms of office as Police and Crime Commissioner of Cheshire.
