An outstanding Parker book
I’m reading them all now, in order, and not all of them are as good. This is one of the great ones. Riveting suspense, twists and turns, colorful characters - even minor ones, an amazing grasp of human psychology, and the author’s uncanny ability to get out of impossible situations.
