What a great book! Amazing photographs of the scenery and wildlife of one of my favorite places to visit alongside informative text describing it's history and ecology. There are also chapters on Marin coast farming, oysters, the local customs and some excellent landscape paintings. Simply a beautiful book, I recommend it.
