When Mistress Brynn Carver came to Chief of Police Lillian Law with the idea of a police auction, she was completely on board until the owner of the Twilight Ties fetish club flipped the script by saying it would be the officers up for auction. Adamantly refusing such a ridiculous and perverse notion, Chief Law’s mind was made up until Mistress Brynn brought up how much good such an event could do for underfunded charities and the people’s eroding confidence in a department embroiled in corruption. Eventually coming around to the idea, Lillian signed up to be the first volunteer – believing that accountability should begin at the highest rung of the ladder.
