Fun book; I didn’t guess…
This was a fun book. I enjoyed the relationships between the characters and am looking forward to the next in the series to see how they develop. I was caught up in the story and didn’t even guess the real killer. But it was well thought out and made sense after the fact. Good attention to detail. I also liked that the book was focused on the mystery more than the magic (though I do love a good magic novel) and used spells as a tool to solve the mystery rather than becoming the main characters whole life.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
