Best way to stay for the cost of the book. Excellent instructions.

I’ve been using Isometric following this book for the last three years. I find the exercise is excellent for superior to lifting weights especially at my age. Takes less time. Get more results. Really helps to build strength and endurance. Also I’m sure it helps to build strong bones. This is probably the best kept secret out there. Probably the reason is there’s no real money since there’s no equipment needed. You just need to buy the book and do it. Five star all the way.
