Worth the read but mixed feelings about this book

I have a lot to say about this book but I will try to limit my opinions.
- I really like his message. It is worth reading the book for that reason. Have integrity and be compassionate. These qualities are high on the map of consciousness and will result in a better society and future for mankind.
- the problem I have with the book is that it creates somewhat of a circular, un unprovable and hypocritical argument for why you should believe his theory and map of consciousness. The issue is that his theory is so complex and hard to understand that his scientific data using kinesiology must be true and you must believe it because it’s too ethereal to try to explain otherwise.
Therefore, I walked away with a sense of contradiction with his claims versus how he’s trying to prove it.
Otherwise, I still think it’s worth a read given his message and ideas of how to live life better.
