Amazing diet to follow for PCOS
I was diagnosed with PCOS & IBS about four years ago. My healthcare provider suggested a new diet for me to try and this was the book she bought for me. I have followed it ever since. I have not had ANY issues with my IBS flaring up and i managed my weight very well. I ALSO MAINTAINED MY INSULIN LEVELS, which was a HUGE deal considering I was diagnosed prediabetic. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels stuck and unsure of what to do next if diagnosed with PCOS.
Not in IBooks format
This is actually a pdf and not an iBook format. I’m kinda ticked about that because I prefer the ability to adjust my text size and use highlighting and bookmarks. I buy all my books through iBooks for that reason. This is basically a waste of money since it will be hard for me to read without constantly trying to use my hands to expand the text image. Also, the first half of the book isn’t what I was expecting. I only wanted the recipes, I already understand the reasons for it, that’s why I am here trying to learn how to cook paleo recipes. Disappointed.
