Good Book!
I couldn't put the book down. I would recommend this book. I found a lot in common with Melissa's feelings regarding her parents. It was nice to read about her relationship with Michael Landon. Thanks Melissa fr very good read!

One of the Best Autobiographies
This book is so detailed and well written. Melissa has an incredible memory, and she even shares with the reader her many emotions from the time she was a child and throughout her amazing acting care. Her vocabulary and writing style are of the highest order. She has many great stories about celebrities, old and young. This is clearly one of the best if not the best autobiography by an actor. Melissa goes through many trials and tribulations, and yet she emerges as somebody who is very self-aware and very centered.
Loved this book
Anyone who watched "Little House on the Prairie" is familiar with the amazing acting talent of Melissa, and she showed her leadership skills as SAG president. But it turns out that she has an additional gift of writing. Although I admit that my favorite parts were about her relationships with her co-stars - especially Michael Landon and Victor French etc. But actually, the entire book was interesting. Melissa shared frank insights about different stages of her life, in a poignant but entertaining way.. She comes across as a down-to-earth person, and considering her fame and acting prowess, that says something about her character. I see that she now has a new book coming out 5-2-22, and I look forward to that one, too!
