Good info, worth skimming

It’s helpful but jokes around way too much. Good information surrounded by filler. When you have a screaming infant that won’t sleep you also don’t have time for a self help book that won’t get to the point.

Worth it

This was a great purchase for us. Our little one is a great sleeper through the night (she’s 16 weeks) but will not fall asleep without 2 hours of rocking and bouncing. As far as naps go, she will only nap on someone. We chose to do SLIP just based on the timeframe and the tolerance and current sleep trends with our baby, and for bedtime it’s been working thus far! We’re on day four, and this book gave us all the tools to be successful without feeling guilty for letting our baby cry sometimes. We will start with naps in the next coming days, but are so grateful for the read! The comic relief is also worth noting and helpful when you’re making a decision about someone so important

Must read!

Helped my little guy sleep independently at 4.5 months old. Can’t believe how easy it was to adjust his sleep associations at bed time, and now he puts himself to sleep. 10/10 definitely and must read for any tired parent!
