Prema

Prema (प्रेमा) is the Sanskrit word for love.

Written over fifteen years, Prema is a memoir told through a series of letters that reflect on love, loss, and personal growth — this author's story is shaped by her lived experience, but one many of us will recognise. Sometimes taking a spiritual and philosophical approach to her healing journey, she explores how her relationships — with family, friends, and herself — shape her understanding of who we are and how we move through the world.
