Reviews
'This is not just another book about how to deliver a presentation! This book provides a comprehensive yet simplistic overview of pragmatic considerations within an academic context.' Debbie Mann, Coordinator of In-sessional Courses, INTO Newcastle (full review published by BEBC Review Panel http://www.bebc.co.uk/bookreviewpresent)
‘The book provides an excellent bridge from General English to EAP by keeping to a format familiar to EFL students. It’s easy to use and extremely thorough in its approach. Students can pick and choose not only which units to study but also select sub-sections within each, making it extremely practical. (…) The material is ideal for a Student Access Centre or for self-study. It would also provide teachers with an excellent framework for planning a series of lessons – a quick look at the contents page is a fool proof guide to teaching presentations.’ Sharon Chalmers, Director of Studies, Live Language, Glasgow (full review published by BEBC Review Panel http://www.bebc.co.uk/bookreviewpresent)
