This allows you to cook without the fast fatty frying. I love cooking in a pressure cooker, crock pot and other items as this...they make life so much easier and simpler throughout the humdrum. I didn’t even know pressure cookers were still used! This book explained it all in such a logical easy manner that I am really looking forward to giving these recipes a try.
