Meh

I like reading about pressure points and how they work, however the diagrams are not on an actual person. It's definitely easy to see bone structure on a mannequin.

I also think there should be videos of how to manage the pressure points instead of written directions. I don't want to order a $20 e-book and it doesn't even have instructional diagrams?

I'm gonna try to get my money back- the sample I downloaded first was not enough to determine whether the book is worth buying.
