I had a massive heart attack at age 37 because I ate terrible even though I exercised a lot. Changed diet and almost eliminated all meat except for chicken and turkey, started eating more vegetables and using EVOO for cooking, on vegetables and on a salad, which was an every day staple. Had second heart attack at age 56 and third at age 60. So you can see that EVOO didn't do me much good and so now I am trying to cut my TF to less than 15 percent and SF to less than 2 percent and will get a complete blood workup in a couple months to see how I am doing. I also started taking Niacin and by the way, after second heart attack I did a complete blood workup and particle size was small, ldl was higher than it should be and hdl was bare minimum.
