More Than A Cookbook But A Guidebook Into The Paleo Lifestyle!!

This is an outstanding cookbook on the Paleo diet. I loved the background information that was clear and precise making it easy to understand why this diet is so popular and fast becoming the lifestyle of choice. But more than a cookbook it covers the health benefits, what food items to have on hand and a seven day meal plan to get you started. The recipes are amazing covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. With delicious meals that are easy to make and won’t leave you hungry that even kids would enjoy! The pictures are beautiful leaving one hungry. I haven’t found a recipe I don’t like but my favorites are for breakfast - bacon and egg omelet muffin, lunch – bunless turkey burger and for dinner – ground turkey and sweet potato casserole. But don’t take my word for it try them all for yourself from, turkey, chicken, vegetables to beef and pork and even desserts. With over one hundred recipes one can’t help to fall in love with this exceptional book that is more than a cookbook but a guidebook into the Paleo lifestyle!!

Informative and Loaded With Delcious Recipes

I thought this was a wonderfully written cookbook. But in actuality it is more than a cookbook. This book covers so much more ground than just recipes. It gives an in depth look at the Paleo diet, and what makes it different from other diets. It offers numerous health benefits that the Paleo diet has to offer. It also gives a chapter on stocking your kitchen for the Paleo diet, and what key ingredients are needed. The recipes look appetizing and delicious. I am so looking forward to starting the 7-Day meal plan. This book is made for people on the go but still want to have a healthy lifestyle. The recipes are for people who want to get a good healthy meal on the table without a lot of hassle. I definitely recommend this book to anyone starting the Paleo diet, or anyone already on the Paleo diet who are looking for more dishes to whip up.
