In 2007 the Global Leadership Alliance proposed a definition of leadership fit for the twenty-first century: leaders see a better future and have the resilience and interpersonal skills to create conditions in which it will happen. In this book, Clive Wilson describes PrimeFocus, a robust framework which sets out the conditions described by GLA. In short, leaders must establish a clear purpose and vision and put in place efficient structure and the character in which results and success (yes there is a difference) will happen.
