Missed opportunity
I say missed opportunity as this would have made a better full length novel than a book shot. It has a good story but without giving it away, it comes to an abrupt ending. The book definitely had more story to probe. If you just need to kill a couple of hours then enjoy. If you are looking for a good detective story, then no. Jack Morgan is not part of this book other than 1 phone call.
