Yesterday, I sowed some seeds 
These seeds were  in my heart and thoughts 
I put down the road of a violent path
I cleared up hate from my heart
I sowed forgiveness 
A powerful weapon
I sowed joy and removed sadness
I sowed hard work and reaped success 
I tossed aside regret 
And sowed hope 
I sowed love 
And reaped the benefits.
