As King's senior executive producer, she has been responsible for landing exclusive interviews with the most important newsmakers and well-known celebrities from around the globe that have been the hallmark of CNN's iconic show.

Starting as an ABC secretary over thirty years ago, she has risen through the male-dominated world of television production. The Journey of Life

I did not expect this to be an instructional on how to live one's life but found this the most extraordinary treatise written by a genuine veteran of life's circumstances. This instructional not only works for those who've been on life's road for some time but for early travelers. The bonus is that it is laced with some of the greatest anecdotes by an actual participant in some of life's great historical moments. I highly highly recommend "Producer" to anyone wishing to meet an incredibly interesting and brave warrior of life.

I was hoping that this memoir would be something more than the bragging and sheer good fortune of a successful person. But I was wrong. There was nothing relatable in this book. No nuggets of wisdom. Nothing. It was simply an account of Walker's good fortune. I do not recommend this book if you are hoping to get something deeper out of it.
