This Textbook can be used as a PCM handbook for experts, volunteers and professionals working in the development industry as well as a tool for the preparation of training activities aimed at building project identification skills. 

This is the first of a series of textbooks presently being developed by the same author and covering several PCM topics. The textbook comprises 32 pages of detailed information on the several steps involved in the design of a project, 70 keynote slides, glossary of PCM terms, five practical exercises and several self-assessment questions.
