Projekt Half Light

Colin is an engineer with the FBI, specializing in research and development. He doesn't even carry his gun. After a chance encounter with a beautiful blond named Savanna, large men with handguns begin chasing them through the streets. Savanna is a private investigator searching for a missing high-level FEMA employee. Not knowing if his attraction is to the adrenaline or the beautiful woman, Colin joins Savanna in her search. Together they uncover a sinister plot by a shadowy group called Half Light with ties stretching back to Nazi Germany. Hunted by both sides of the law, they must evade capture and certain death to try to stop an evil plan seventy years in the making.
