Prophecy of Dragon Heart

For six long years, the Dragon Lords have been searching for the Minister. He has besmirched the name of the Dragon Lords by taking village girls and claiming they must be given to the Lords as payment for unpaid taxes. These claims are false, and the abducted girls have never been seen again. First Lord Dalton has been working hard with High Lord Dorian and the Council of Firsts to find this evil man.

Now the Mating Gathering will be held on Cordray Northeast. The Lords have to find and stop the Minister and his group of criminals in order to protect the girls who should be attending the festival and end the reign of terror.

Miranda and her Aunt Jane fled from the Minister and his group six years earlier. Miranda was nearly taken by the men but was rescued by High Lord Dorian as a result of a vision that High Lady Tressa had. Miranda is extremely grateful that she was rescued and spared the terrible fate the men had planned for her. She was born with a weak heart and knows that she would not have survived long in their hands.

Now Miranda is twenty and eligible to attend the Mating Gathering. But she isn’t certain if she should go. After all, what would be the point? Her heart is very weak. Surely no Dragon Lord would choose as his mate a woman who would not be able to perform her wifely duties and who might die at any time….

It’s up to the other Dragon Lord mates to get Miranda to the Mating Gathering, to see if she’ll be chosen. It’s also up to the Dragon Lords to find the wicked Minister and his group and end the human trafficking ring once and for all.
