Protection of the oceans

This collection of little aliens guardians of nature who leave their planet in pursuit of the greatest polluter of the universe, the perverse Zirt Zlunder. He flees and comes to Earth. In this book Zirt Zlunder the polluter is polluting the oceans, where he hiding like a camouflaged island. The small guards located Zirt Zlunder and will prevent it from polluting the oceans. Will they succeed? Will they be able to arrest Zirt Zlunder the terrible polluter?
