Prudential Insurance Company America v. Rebecca C. Uribe

This is a suit by plaintiff, Rebecca C. Uribe, to recover accidental death benefits under two insurance policies which were issued by defendant, Prudential Insurance Company of America, on the life of plaintiffs deceased husband, Marco A. Uribe, who died as the result of injuries received in an airplane crash. Defendant appeals from a judgment, based on the verdict of the jury, granting plaintiff recovery of accidental death benefits as well as attorneys fees.
