Title is a stretch
It should be kept in mind that this book was written in the 1930’s and unfortunately has the biases of those days. It doesn’t really give much if any practical advice on psychic self defense. The stories told are entertaining which is why I gave it 3 stars. Also the book is written from a strong view of Christianity and during a time when occult practices mainly involved sorcery.
