This book can seem complicated in some areas & difficult to understand at first but a deep breath and a supplication asking god to give a deep understanding and increase ones knowledge and wisdom always helps. In my experience the lessons in this book are not short-term guides and require a good amount of patience and perseverance but are well worth it all. Alhamdulillah!
A translation. It fuses Islamic philosophy and spirituality with practical self-help tips.
