I just knew this story was going to be epic! How could it not be when the famous match maker pairs his favorite limo driver with one of those fun loving Golden lionesses that is sure to be in the thick of things. I love how this author connects her characters across her world and with each new story she whets my appetite for more. This book was hot and steamy with just that touch of emotional angst that keeps me coming back for more. The author did a fantastic job of creating such an enjoyable read and I can’t wait to find out who the match maker has in his sights next

Hank Garret is Uncle Uzzi’s friend and limousine driver. He has known Hank since he was a youngster. Hank is a rare Gyrfalcon and his father lectured him from the time he was a young hatchling that is was his duty to marry another Gryfalcon to preserve the species! End of conversation. What’s love got to do with it?
Annabeth Golden is a rowdy full-figured lioness. She loves life and lives it to the fullest, or at least she tries! She has been looking for her mate for a while, but alas, he is not in their Pride. When she runs into Uncle Uzzi when he comes to visit the Pride he listens to what she is saying and not saying. She is supposed to go to New Jersey to represent their company in a convention. She hates these things, but when the Pride Alpha Lioness tells you to go, you go! But she hates to fly and Uncle Uzzi says he has just the solution for her. So, when she is picked up in a limousine for the trip, she figures she has hit the jackpot. To make things even sweeter, the driver is her mate! Finally!!
Hank is set to go the North American Tower, the official group of Gyrfalcon’s, in New Jersey to be matched to a Gryfalcon female to mate. He figures he is finally ready and can’t put it off much longer. When Uncle Uzzi offers his matchmaking services Hank is quick to assure him he has everything under control.
But Uncle Uzzi knows better and takes things in hand to make sure Hank meets his true mate before he gets to New Jersey. Too bad he rejects Annabeth flat out when they meet. It’s going to be a LONG trip to New Jersey!
